Production Assistant Wanted

We are looking for a superstar Production Assistant to join our team for a 12 month placement, working across a variety of exciting brand experience projects for our clients.

We’ve have had a very busy start to the year, delivering incredible work for McVities, Samsung, Sky Mobile, Mars, Syco, easyJet, Porsche, NatWest and many more…come help us make more of it!

This role will support all four of the main functions: logistics, operations, finance and internal team support. You will work closely with everyone from Producers, Creatives, Client Teams right up to Head of Production assisting with pre-production shoot logistics, maintaining team admin and assisting with on-site shoot running.

On small shoots, you will work directly with the Producers to help deliver stunts and activations, stepping up into more responsibility.

Hiring studios and production equipment
Booking hotels and flights for cast and crew
Attending production meetings and making notes
Keep the production calendar up to date with shoot dates
Managing props
Assist with writing production schedules and distributing them to relevant cast and crew
Assist the Production Coordinator with typing and distributing call sheets and daily reports
Desk based research for shoots including props and populating production decks
